Is the class suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! It is a gentle, slow class that is suitable for all levels of ability and experience.
What style of Yoga do you teach
It is Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga is concerned with balancing body, mind and spirit. We work a lot with the breath, and there is a great emphasis on releasing tension stored in the body
I have health issues, can I stilll do this?
Almost certainly! Get in touch and let me know, in total confidence, and I will be sure to adapt postures and practices so that you are able to reap full benefits from the class. Yoga can help relieve many health conditions, so you may find that your health improves drastically from regular practice
What do I need to bring?
If you have a yoga mat, bring that. If you need to borrow a mat, please contact me to let me know. Please alsso bring some water, and a blanket. Wear loose clothes that you are able to move, bend and stretch in.
How much are the classes?
Your first class will be just £3, and after that they will be £6 each week.
Do you offer block booking?
Yes! Classes are £6 each. but if you want to give yourself extra motivation to turn up, and save some money, you can block book 5 or 10 sessions at a time.
A block of 5 classes, which can be used for both Pontypridd and Cwmparc classes, is £25, and will be valid for 5 weeks (saving £5)
A block of 10 classes, which also is valid for both locations, is £45, and will be valid for 10 weeks (saving £15!).
How do I pay?
You can pay in cash at the class, through Paypal via the form below, or if you would prefer to pay via bank (in advance of the class), get in touch and I can send you an invoice
