The world we experience is shaped by what we perceive it to be.

If you see the world as drab and dull, full of disaster and trouble, that is what you will see.

What you focus on is what you get.

If you only ever look for the negative, then your mind will listen to that and will filter out anything that looks good.  You simply won’t see it.

By the same token, if you train your mind to focus on the good things in life, to see the lessons and opportunities instead of the problems, to see the good in people and situations instead of immediately looking for what could go wrong, then you will see good things.

Trust me, I spent years convinced everything was awful, and found plenty of evidence to prove it.

Now, I know that awful things are out there in the world, but I can also see good things as well.  Things that simply didn’t exist for me before.

How have I done this?

By being more grateful!

Not just saying thank you to people when they give me things, but by making gratitude a part of how I live.

Being grateful for ALL the experiences life throws at me, the good and the bad.  All have given me gifts that have shaped who I am, and I am grateful for them all.

Even the ones that I sometimes really wish hadn’t happened!  Whenever I catch myself thinking like that, I look at the blessings I have had (wonderful children from relationships that turned sour, massive growth from 2 decades of addiction, amazing adventures born out of deep heartbreak), and am grateful for the gifts those experiences gave me, even if not for the experiences themselves.

Through the masterclass and the course, you will learn many techniques for making gratitude a regular part of your daily life, and, when you get to the end of the 10 days, you will be sent a 30 day gratitude diary, to help you to continue with the good work you will have done on this course.

You will also be given a 10 minute relaxation mp3 to help you soothe the worries of the day away.

You will also be able to access an exclusive Facebook group where I will be able to support you, and answer any questions you might have.

The course is intended to be begun on a Monday, but you are free to start it at any time.

Throughout the 10 days following your purchase, you will receive daily emails from me to spur you on and give you a bit of motivation to keep going when it feels tough.  I will be at the end of the reply button or in the Facebook group if you have any questions, although I can’t guarantee to reply to every email personally, I will certainly address your questions some how.
