Women connecting and collaborating in New Delhi
This week I am at the Women Economic Forum in New Delhi. There is so much I have to write about it, I don’t really know where to start! I have met such incredible people, making connections I think could easily turn into lifelong friendships and amazing opportunities for learning and collaboration.
Rewire the Mind
I have been speaking at various sessions, and still have two more to do.
The first one I spoke at on Monday afternoon was called ‘Rewire the brain to beat addiction….’. I was on the panel, along with hypnotherapist Pat Duckworth and Intervention expert Darlis Marie Mayes, the lead speaker was hypnotherapist Mary White. All three women shared so much useful information, I learned lots from them. My talk was obviously about how Yoga can help to ‘rewire the brain’. I called on my own experience, and was able to share lots in the short space of time I had.
I recorded a short video at the end of the day to share some of my thoughts, I hope I am able to give a good impression of what is turning out to be a really special event!
