I was born to teach! My parents met at teacher training college, I have three teaching certificates, and love to share my experiences, knowledge and insights with you! I have learned a lot, particularly over the last few years, that can really help you to live a full and happy life that truly lights you up, brings peace and contentment, and enables you to navigate a sometimes turbulent life with ease and joy.

Ove the next couple of months I am going to be running a series of webinars to bring you loads of valuable information to help you direct the course of your life. I will be joined on some of these by some incredibly knowledgeable and inspirational people. The webinars will be available for you to access at the scheduled time, and also as replays after the live recording. Obviously, if you are viewing after the event I won’t be there to interact with you, but you are more than welcome to join in the conversation in Be More Yoga, my Facebook group.

Esther Nagle and Darren Hunt have both experienced the challenge of conquering an addiction, and the thrill of climbing many mountains.
