This was a very spontaneous episode inspired by my morning journalling. I decided today that I would write a letter to my younger self, to share some of the lessons I have learned over the years that my 16 year old self would have really benefitted from. I was so moved by the experience that I decided to talk about this, and how you too can benefit from writing such a letter.

Writing is a powerful tool for healing, I wrote a ‘letter to alcohol‘ on Saturday that also helped to create a shift in me, and has helped others as well
