A time to get to know yourself better, to make new friends, to let go of tension and stress and learn new strategies to get more joy out of life?
In the Breathe Into Joy workshop, this is exactly what you will do!
Throughout the day, I will be guiding you to release tension and stress, relax deeply and give your body and mind some love. We will explore what can happen when you bring consciousness to your breath, and look at how you can harness the breath to clear the mind, relax the body, create energy and focus.
We will spend time indoors and out (weather permitting), and celebrate the good things in life.
You will leave at the end of the day with a wealth of strategies to enhance your daily life, ranging from practices you can start your day with to create greater flow in your life, to tools that can help you in stressful moments, and techniques to help you tap into your intuition and inner wisdom.
We will share a ‘pot luck’ vegan lunch, and there will be copious supplies of herbal tea and fruit throughout the day.

About your host
Esther Nagle, of Balance and Breathe, battled with stress, depression and addiction for many years until a breakdown forced her to look at her life. Seeking a whole new way of life, Esther began a yoga teacher training course that helped her to reshape herself and helped her to give up alcohol, cigarettes (and the other stuff she liked to smoke) and stopped hating herself and the world. Learning to breathe, to release tension and to see the positives in life transformed her life, and she now loves to inspire others to do the same. Esther has been teaching yoga classes since September 2014, and loves to teach these amazing practices to as many people as possible.
