Esther Nagle spent most of her adult life totally out of balance and didn’t even realise it. Thinking that stress, emotional turbulence and chaos were just the stuff of life, she depended totally on alcohol, cigarettes and marijuana to help her to relax, and coffee to help her get through her exhausted days.
A breakdown in 2013 showed her with glaring clarity that her life wasn’t working, and she embarked on a Yoga teacher training course that was to change her life. This training helped her to finally see herself, and to develop the resilience and the relaxation strategies she needed to finally live a calm life.
